  • Direct recruiting from targeted/peer companies.
  • Posting positions on our website, which is viewed by several thousand visitors who each day.

Having identified top talent in the industry, we contact and thoroughly interview prospects on a confidential basis. Once we have identified individuals who have the background and experience you desire, we will present the qualified candidates to your organization. We will continue to assist in the recruitment process including:

  • Scheduling meetings/interviews.
  • Conducting reference checks.
  • Negotiating offers of employment.

After acceptance of an offer, Energy Careers continues to assist both clients and candidates with the transition. We will continue to follow-up with both the client and placed candidate for feedback and evaluation.
