Senior Natural Gas Trader, Mid Continent/Midwest Region

LOCATION

Tulsa, Oklahoma

COMPANY

Our client is a sourcing, merchandising, trading, marketing and distribution agent for agricultural and energy commodities.  The client is one of the world’s biggest commodity hedge fund firms.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

Position shall report to Director, Gas Trading. 

SCOPE

The primary responsibilities shall include natural gas trading, acquisition of transportation and short term storage in your region.  Individual shall also develop trading strategies within your region. 

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Individual must possess the following attributes and credentials:
• College degree
• Five years or more of Mid Continent or Midwest gas trading experience
• Working knowledge of financially traded natural gas products
• Working knowledge of Midwest/Mid Continent pipeline systems
• Highly motivated individual
